Needed for Loan Application FULL LENDER APPROVAL

In order to expedite your loan process, please supply the following docs [And not limited too] which pertain to you:

~ Picture ID and proof of social security number

~ Residence addresses for the last two years

~ Names and addresses of each employer for the past two years

~ Gross monthly base salary with overtime and bonuses listed separately

~ W2’s (2 years) v  Current check stubs

~ Last two months of bank statements

~ Names, addresses, account numbers, balances and monthly payments of all credit cards

~ Addresses of other real estate owned

~ Loan information on other real estate owned

~ Estimated value of furniture and personal property

~ Certificate of eligibility and DD214’s (VA only)

~ Money for credit report [Appraisal paid for when you have an executed Purchase Agreement]

~ Full divorce decree v  Lender requested letters of explanation
